a) If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the Products minus a 15% handling fee, in accordance with our refunds policy (set out below). In the event that we have provided a product that is not what you ordered you will receive a full refund, in accordance with our refunds policy.
b) To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also immediately return the Products to us to the address provided on receipt of your cancellation, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. Any Item that has been fitted to a vehicle will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We cannot guarantee that the product has been fitted with the correct tooling and procedures, often resulting in further damage to a product. (We advise that any product is fitted by a qualified professional). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
When you return a Product to us:
a) Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see clause 5 above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Products in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.
b) For any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges paid by you and the cost incurred by you in returning the Product to us. Please note that NO wheels will be accepted for credit after having tyres fitted. ALL goods delivered must be checked prior to the driver leaving, as once signed for as "Received in good condition" no claims for damges can be made. In the event of damage, the goods MUST be signed for as "Damaged". PLEASE ENSURE ALL GOODS ARE CHECKED THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BEING SIGNED FOR. If the product is signed for as anything other than "damaged" NO claim can be made.
c) We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
d) Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute Product of the same or better quality at the same price.
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
Please note in some circumstances where a particular diameter / width wheel is desired we will NOT be able to guarantee fitment. We will inform you if this is the case. In these circumstances, if the product is still bought, it will be on a NON-returnable basis i.e. the product can NOT be returned for a refund if it does not fit or perform properly. If there is damage during transit, this will be eligible for return.
